In October, the organization Eagle Mount visited BCCHS to share their mission of supporting and building relationships with individuals with disabilities. Eagle Mount provides Central students with opportunities to serve the local community of adults and children with disabilities. Volunteers are the lifeblood of the organization, the organizers of the event said. Volunteers often form strong bonds with participants and are first-hand witnesses to their growth. According to Eagle Mount, the benefits of volunteering are many. Karaoke, skiing, sports, and simply exploring what experiences our town has to offer- it’s a fun opportunity for any volunteer!
