Art club is a way for students to get their creativity out. This years president is Anna Kim, and she spearheads the club with the help of Mrs. Adams.
Since Central doesn’t offer many electives, people in band, choir, and orchestra do not get to experience art, even if they want to. Art club has been going on way before Mrs. Adams came to Central. “By continuing art club, it allows these students to still get to experience art and allows them to still get their creativity out.” Mrs Adams states. People who aren’t in art class but really want to, can join art club and still be in a music elective.
Anyone can join art club, “If there is an art project that you don’t get to do, normally in classes, or if you don’t know if you want to commit and buy all the material for it, coming to art club you can do that and have fun while doing it.” Mrs. Adams says. Even if you aren’t that good you can go express yourself and have fun with it.
