Each new school year, BCCHS welcomes many new students as well as teachers. This year, four new teachers entered into our school system. Mrs. Patty Ball, Mr. Justin Lindell, Mr. Jacob Morgan, and Mrs. Danielle Knight have all started their new teaching jobs at Billing Central.
Mrs. Ball teaches one section of sophomore theology and all sections of junior theology. Mrs. Ball has been teaching for several years prior to her new position at Billings Central, but she has been a part of the BCCHS family for several years as her children went to Central.
Central also welcomes Mr. Lindell, who teaches one section of Algebra 2 and Trigonometry, Pre-algebra, and Algebra I. Mr. Lindell has been a math teacher and tutor for 17 years, and he has taught grades 6-12 within that time. Looking towards this school year, Mr. Lindell stated, “I love teaching and am really looking forward to being a part of a school that is a close community and has a strong faith orientation.”
Mr. Morgan, a graduate of Billings Central and one of the current wrestling coaches, teaches Generals U.S. History for juniors, Earth Science for freshmen, and two class periods of Study Center. Mr. Morgan is beginning his second full year of teaching, and he was previously a high school Special Education teacher. Looking to the upcoming school year, Mr. Morgan expressed, “I am most excited about being able to give back to the school which gave me so much when I was a student here myself.”

With eight years of teaching experience, Central also welcomes our new math teacher, Ms. Knight. Ms. Knight has been teaching some sections of Geometry, Intermediate Algebra, and Pre Calculus. She teaches grades ranging from freshmen to seniors. Prior to teaching at Central, Ms. Knight taught at Cowboy State Virtual Academy in Wyoming for five years. She then moved up to Billings where she taught at a small Co-op for the past three years. When looking towards this school year, Ms. Knight explained, “I’m excited to grow as a teacher.” She further explained that she is excited for the new experience of teaching in a classroom, because she has only taught online and in smaller settings up until now.

As Central heads into this year, students are excited to do so with our four new teachers, Ms. Knight, Mr. Lindell, Mrs. Ball, and Mr. Morgan. Students are excited to get to know these teachers throughout this school year, as they each contribute to our BCCHS family.
